With more than 30 years of operational leadership across healthcare and retail—and over 16 years dedicated to The Joint Chiropractic—I bring a strong blend of hands‑on experience, strategic insight, and people‑centered leadership. My background spans former Joint Chiropractic Owner/Operator, clinic operations, Wellness Coordinator, sales & system trainer, content creator of sales visuals, and communication strategies that strengthen the patient experience from the first interaction forward. I understand how daily tasks, team energy, DC/ WC synergy and operational flow shape clinic success. Known for building momentum, increasing conversions, refining processes, and creating environments where teams feel confident and capable, I bring practical operational knowledge and franchise insight to help businesses grow with strength and alignment.

Support Wellness Coordinators daily on-call, manage leads - Carbon or other systems, monitor WC & DC conversions, monitor member-education, 3-day follow ups and 30 non-member SMS, respond to Google reviews , manage ARB's, create sales visuals for promotions, create flyers / ads for marketing, assist in marketing and marketing events, monitor phone call tracking, resolve patients complaints and concerns, uniform and supply ordering, and assist with any other clinic needs.
